The Caring Stars program honors service excellence at assisted living and memory care communities in America based on consumer ratings and reviews in the Senior Care Directory.
Caring Stars are the most-acclaimed assisted living and
memory care communities nationwide. To qualify for the 2015 award, the assisted living or memory care community had to receive three consumer reviews between
Dec. 1, 2013 - Dec. 1, 2014, earn at least one 5-star review during that time,
have an overall average rating greater than 4 stars (based on all reviews for
all time), and have no unresolved negative reviews. Additional criteria, such
as other online reputation information, was also considered in confirming the
